  Hello, Native English Speakers !!

Thank you for your interest in finding a teaching job in Korea through our company. We offer our services to teachers for free!!Before you start with your application, we would like to remind you of our requirements. Please note that our requirements are based on the law in Korea regarding hiring foreigners and our school's requirement.

Qualification

1) Be a Native Speaker of English Speaking Country(USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa)2) Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher.(English and Education majors, or those with TESOL certificates are preferred)-Hold a University degree*Two or Three year college graduates (AA/AS degree holder) are not allowed to get the work visa, even you have a Tesol certificate.

Working Condition

The followings are general conditions in which most teachers are working under:

Period of Contract  1 year (E-2 VISA holder can stay in Korea for a year. This is renewable)
Salary  1.8-2.3 million won per month (depending on your career and position)  (2000-2400 USD, 2200-2600 CAD)
Teaching hours  120hrs/month
Overtime pay  15,000 - 25,000won /hour
Severance pay  Equal to one monthly salary
Accommodations   Shared or private accommodations (free and furnished)
Airfare   Roundtrip economy class ticket.
Medical care   Generally half provided (rate:2% from your salary)
Class size   10-15persons/class
Vacation   10 days paid vacation
Tax rate   3.7-5%(Depending on your salary, If you are Canadian, your tax can be refunded  at contract completion)
Working days   Monday to Friday (Some institutes offer Saturday Classes)
